Baked Breaded Tilapia
Fish is a wonderful source of lean protein. Try this easy recipe full of
flavor and fat free.
INGREDIENTS:
4 Tilapia fillets 4 oz each
¼ cup yellow cornmeal
¼ cup dry breadcrumbs
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon salt
PREPARATION:
Heat the oven to 380°F. Spray a pan with nonstick cooking spray. Mix
cornmeal, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper in a plastic bag.
Place fish in bag and shake to coat with mixture. Shake off any excess.
Place fish in the pan and spray both sides with cooking spray.
Bake uncovered for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
Makes 4 servings.
