Barbecue Chicken

Chicken breast, skinless, is a lean source of protein. This tasty recipe is low fat, low carb and delicious.

INGREDIENTS:

1 pound chicken breasts, no skin
¼ cup catsup
6 oz. diet lemon soda, sweetened with sucralose
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon garlic salt
¼ teaspoon oregano

PREPARATION:

Spray a pan with nonstick cooking spray. Bring to a boil all ingredients, reduce to medium heat for 40 minutes. Remove cover until sauce thickens. Makes 4 serving.
