Honey-Garlic Pork Chops

INGREDIENTS:

4 boneless loin pork chops (1-inch thick), trimmed
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup honey
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 to 3 garlic cloves, minced

PREPARATION:

Place pork chops in a shallow dish or resealable plastic bag.
Combine remaining ingredients
Pour over chops.
Cover and refrigerate for 4-8 hours.
Drain, discarding marinade.
Grill chops, covered, over medium coals for about 15 minutes per side, or until juices run clear.
